- You have just updated CA Introscope Enterprise Manager (EM) and are in Solman_setup > Basic Configuration > Configure CA Introscope and when the Reload Configuration button is pressed the Version number does not increase.
- The Traffic Light for 'Configure CA Introscope' turns red.
- The Upgraded EM is not connected.
- Removing and reloading results in the error " Status of retrieval of installation. Path not found...' the given path exists.
- However it it will complain the path does not exist. Please add the Management Modules package on top of the Introscope Enterprise Manager.
