1913922 - Single-Sign-On (SSO) failed with user mapping

Symptom

  • User mapping is configured with types of: "role-to-user" or "group-to-user"  in " Identity Management -> Group Management or Role Management" in SAP Enterprise Portal. 
  • Single-Sign-On(SSO) with logon ticket fails with two types of user mapping described above. 
  • ABAP user ID missed in the Logon ticket.
