Web Intelligence Rich Client gives error when trying to create a new report from Web Services using Qaaws URL:

"An error has occurred from the server. Error originates from the Personal Data Provider: Unable to create or update the Custom Data Provider :the provided URL cannot be found. (CDS 15120). (IES 10853)"
