Symptom

You are experiencing the below error when executing BR*Tools in DB13 or DBACOCKPIT:

SXPG_COMMAND_EXECUTE failed for BRBACKUP - Reason: program_start_error: For More Information, See SYS
Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

Note: This issue can also occur in other functions of BR*Tools for example BRCONNECT.
