1915029 - Error: "Failed to retrieve cluster name from the database. Reason: ." after installing FP6.2

Symptom

After installing Fix Pack (FP) 6.2, the following error message is created when clicking on the SIA's configuration tab via the CCM:

  • "Failed to retrieve cluster name from the database. Reason: ."

After clicking "OK" on the error message, the Central Confiuration Manager (CCM) application stops responding.
