1915505 - REORG REBUILD results in Msg 11051, Level 16, State 1: and 622 error - ASE

Symptom

  • During REORG REBUILD of a table encountered the following error:

Msg 11051, Level 16, State 1:
Server '<SERVERNAME>', Line 1:
ALTER TABLE '<table_name>' failed. Table is currently being used by one or more other tasks.

  • Which then resulted in a 622 error:

Error 622, Level 20, State x
Opentable was passed a varno of %d. Object '%.*s' in database '%.*s' already has that session descriptor in use. This occured while opening object id %d in database id %d.
