Symptom
Running a query returns one of the following errors:
- "Input to GROUP BY #[xx] from child #[xx] not ordered as required."
- "Input to MERGE JOIN #[xx] from child #[xx] not ordered as required."
The error message looks similar to this example:

The stack trace includes the text "dfo::ValidateOutputOrdering".
