1917499 - Web Intelligence Document Link for agnostic document instances (XLS, PDF, CSV) no longer work but display a blank page

Symptom

  • When using the Document Link for a successful PDF, Excel or .csv Web Intelligence instance, only a blank page is displayed
  • If the link is for the .wid instance, it works.  It also works if you publish a PDF to BILaunchPad, versus using a scheduled instance
