1917546 - opendoc call to a webi report shows prompts after sometime instead of rendering the report

• The open document (opendocument or opendoc ) call behaves differently in 2 different environments for high volume reports which take over a minute to refresh.
• Even though the parameter value is provided in the opendoc call, the report seems to process everything but still show prompts to users as opposed to simply using the value provided in the url and presenting the resultant data.
• The issue is only seen when using F5 load balancer (F5 lb) URL where  the URL seems to process the report but eventually prompts for the parameter in about 1 minute.
• Bypassing the F5 lb and accessing the Websphere Application server (WAS) URL directly works fine.
• The issue is specific to one environment and works fine on another.
• End to end traces or WAS logs do not give any leads except indicate the fact that the backend report processing occurs and queries are sent to the database
