1917689 - R7087: post-processing of system copy if the 0LOGSYS or 0SOURSYSTEM is encoded in TRS/TRF

Symptom

You performed a system copy following SAP note 886102 and everything (BDLS, table conversions) is executed correctly.

However, after the system copy you face error message "R7 087" when loading through some transfer rules or transformations.

"No source system ID exists for source system (logical system) xxx"

Message no. R7087

If you look into RSA1 -> menu Tools -> Assign source system you cannot see an entry for the source system mentioned in the error, or the source system ID has already been assigned correctly.
