Symptom

Afaria server started logging below errors after upgrading to Afaria 7 Service Pack 3.

  • FATAL XDT0002: XSDiagnosticTests.PollTest caught an exception, PollTest run test: tenanted., Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion. HR=800703fa, iOSSpecificSchedulesTest, Tenant 0

  • ERROR XRS4941: Service: The scheduling COM component of the Afaria service failed to start. EXPLANATION: The scheduling component failed to start. The Afaria service will run, but any scheduled activities will not run. ACTIONS: Stop and restart the Afaria service. If the problem persists you may need to reinstall the Afaria software. If the problem still persists, contact your support representative.
