1918647 - PXA_NO_SHARED_MEMORY in Virtual Environments

- You get short dumps with error "PXA_NO_SHARED_MEMORY"  in transaction ST22.

- In trace files of  work processes  are displayed   errors  similar to this one:

            I  *** ERROR => [CreateOsShm] CreateFileMapping(6,2000000 KB) failed
            with Err=1455               ERROR_COMMITMENT_LIMIT: The paging file is too small for this operation to complete. [shmnt.c      2263]

This KBA  only addresses   possible causes of error  PXA_NO_SHARED_MEMORY   due  to  wrong  memory configuration in  Virtual Environments.
