• Afaria Self-Service Portal (a.k.a. EUSSP) installation on a separate machine fails with TCP error code 10013
• The self-service portal setup stops when it connects to the Afaria API Server
• The error message is:
• Connection to the Afaria API Server failed.
• Could not connect to
  net.tcp//x.x.x.x:7982/AfariaService/Server. The
  connection attempt lasted for a time span of 00:00:00. TCP error
  code 10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way
  forbidden by its access permissions x.x.x.x:7982.
• Please ensure that your server address and credentials are
  correct and that the Afaria API Service is running.
