1918974 - PCM: Model Builder screen pales or “whiteout” during model import .XML file selection.

• During the import of a model the user is required to select an .XML file to import from. This selection process is started by pressing the “Browse” button which sometimes results in a faded or pale image of the Model Builder interface commonly referred to as a “while out” by the users.
• Sometimes the “white out” doesn’t happen immediately after pressing the “Browse” button but instead will happen during the navigation of the Windows folder structures while locating the .XML file to be imported.
