Symptom

  • When logging into BPC Admin console with a specific domain user by providing the server name, we are getting the below error:
    ERROR "The user id, password or Domain cannot be authenticated. Go back and make sure you entered valid credentials. 401: Unauthorized"

  • Whereas if providing the IP address instead of server name, we are able to login without any issue.
