1919228 - Sybase Unwired Platform 2.2.4 HWC fails on Android 4.3 - SMP/SUP

Symptom

User is attempting to Sybase Unwired Platform Hybrid Web Container 2.2.4 on Android 4.3 device and it does not work on Android 4.3.  After installing the Hybrid Web Application, the user will attempt to configure the settings.  In some cases the settings will save and in others it won't save and setting remain blank.  If the settings are saved and the users selects the Menu > Show Log, they will see "Unknown Error" in the log and Hybrid Web Container will not connect to Sybase Unwired Platform.  Although the user is using a customized container, they have also tried the 2.2.4 version from Google Play and have the same issue.
