Web intelligence cache is not getting generated while viewing Web Intelligence documents that meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • Have Refresh on Open option checked
  • Contain one or more of the following functions:
    - CurrentDate()
    - CurrentTime()
    - CurrentUser()
    - DocCreationDate()
    - DocCreationTime()
