1919261 - Devices Still not Connecting to the Sybase Unwired Platform (SUP) After Applying the iOS7 Backwards Compatibility Patch

Symptom

Devices are still not able to connect to the SUP server after applying PATCH-10195 according to http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-46196.

The MOCA log had the following error:
