1919291 - SUS PO remains in Confirmed Status when work item is Rejected by Buyer in SRM

Symptom

When a Work item is rejected or declined in SRM side by Buyer, SRM does not send a XML message in order to update the SUS PO status and it is kept as Confirmed Status in SUS side.
