1919330 - Unable to Scope Exports work center into your system

You have a requirement to add Exports work center into your system but the relevant scoping elements Foreign Trade Declarations and its sub scoping Exports are missing in Project Scope.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Select Implementation Projects view.
3. Highlight a available Project and select Edit Project Scope button.
4. Go to Scoping section.
5. Expand Compliance, where the Foreign Trade Declarations is completely missing.

The work center Exports will be added as work center once the Foreign Trade Declarations is scoped into the system. But the scoping for Foreign Trade Declarations will be available only when the system is scoped for Germany, France, United Kingdom and Austria.

The general rule for this scoping element is,

If Payables and Receivables Processing is not scoped and Germany, France, United Kingdom and Austria are not scoped and Shipping or Warehouse and Production Layout is not scoped then Foreign Trade Declarations is automatically de-scoped.

The system works as designed.
