Two workflows below are the effect of this problem:
1. When clicking Validate button during an Information Space creation getting error: "The Prompts module failed to initialize. Server error occurred while analyzing the prompt. (PS 50201)" . There are actually no prompts defined in the Universe.
2. When exploring an Information Space getting error: "It was not possible to open the information space. Can't apply the object level security. (PS 50306)"
