1919374 - "Import Your Organizational Structure Copied from Test System" Link is Missing in Productive System

Symptom

You are in the Productive system and observed that the link Import Your Organizational Structure Copied from Test System is missing in Business Configuration.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
  2. Select Implementation Projects view.
  3. Select Open Activity List button of the respective project.
  4. Go to Prepare phase.
  5. Open Perform Organizational Structure Setup activity.

Here the link Import Your Organizational Structure Copied from Test System is missing.

Cause

The link Import Your Organizational Structure Copied from Test System is available in a productive system only if the productive system is requested out of a Test system.

If the Test system is requested out of a Productive System then the link Import Your Organizational Structure Copied from Test System will not be available.

Resolution

The system works as designed.
