Symptom

When you execute BRBACKUP or BRARCHIVE using BRTOOLs, the following error occurs:

"BR0252E Function _popen() failed for '( copy \nul \nul ) 2>&1' at location BrPipeOpen-4
BR0253E errno 0: No error
BR0272E Execution of program '( copy \nul \nul ) 2>&1' through pipe failed."
