1919947 - Error Message 12145 in transaction MIGO, ME2*N, Others - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

While posting a goods receipt from transaction MIGO, via BAPI or via EWM and the posting fails with error message "Customizing table of period indicators is incomplete" (Message 12145).

-Or-

In ME21N / ME22N / ME23N, when creating / editing / viewing a PO the message 12145 is displayed on saving or accessing.
