1919970 - Package pack_stg_table_validation doesn't work as expected when loading data via a direct interface

Symptom

In the ERROR_LOG table in the SOPS_GATEWAY schema you see:

  • Package name = pack_stg_table_validation
  • Procedure name = validate_demand_stream_input
  • Reject Reason = Failure in query to get HISTORICAL_DATA_HORIZON ORA-01403: no data found
