1920004 - When using iOS 7 with Agentry client 6.0.34, initial synch freezes during "Requesting public key".

Symptom

  • The dialog box displays the message "Requesting public key" and halts all activity on the client device application screen.
  • As a result, the user is unable to synch the client with the Agentry server.
