1920008 - Dump in interface PurchaseOrderERPRequest_In_V1

While processing certain inbound PurchaseOrderERPRequest_In_V1 messages (XML via PI) with updates to existing PO requests from ECC to SUS, the messages are sometimes failing with a 'Buffer table not up-to-date' error. Exception is occuring in function module BBP_PDLINK_GET.
