1920148 - Dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X CNDP006 in fm AC_SYSTEM_FLUSH when trying to create or open a notification

Symptom

When trying to create or open a notification in e. g. transaction IW21, IW22, IW51, IW52, QM01, QM02, etc. a dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X in function AC_SYSTEM_FLUSH (SAPLOLEA, Include LOLEAU02) occurs. Message number CNDP006. The main program is SAPLIQS0.
