1920637 - PRS 00009 error when importing the scheduled .lcmbiar file in promotion management

Symptom

  • "Sorry, Promotion management application is unable to process your request. The error from the server is: Unable to retrieve Job from the selected file. Please check the file.(PRS 00009)” error when importing  the scheduled .lcmbiar file in promotion management
  • com.businessobjects.lcm.utilities.LCMException: com.businessobjects.sdk.biar.BIARException$EngineException: Required dependencies not found on target system
  • The scheduled LCMBIAR file does not have the required dependencies for LCMJob
  • The issue does not occur in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.1
