Symptom

  • In config panel, configured Work Order assignment type 6 – Work order operation/task level work center  
  • User XXXX logged with personal ID, and the personal ID is correctly assigned to Work center in HRMS
  • During transmit, receive an error: “Work Center is not defined in the user profile for user XXXX”
