Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010 bundled designer does not show a parameter panel.
- A standalone Crystal designer like Crystal Reports 2008 and Crystal Reports 2011 does show a parameter panel on the right hand side when a parameterized report is previewed.

Resolution
- This behavior is by design.
- Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010 is an addin to Visual Studio and not a fully featured Crystal Designer.
- The bundled Crystal designer should not be used to design the reports, moreover it should be used for sampling of reports.
