1921068 - Opening connections on the universe design tool fails with a runtime error

• When accessing a BI4 system connections from the Universe Design tool (UDT), you are encountering a "Runtime" error message in place of the connections window as seen below.
• You are able to connect using the UDT from client workstations or servers, and import universes
• However, the universe parameters page does not show any connection data as below -

• If you try bringing up the connections in the  UDT by using Tools > Connections option, you get a Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error as below -

• You are however able to use the same UDT client tool and connect to a different BI4 system.
• You ensured that the servers and clients are all at the same patch level
• You have already verified SAP kbase 1811332 - Universe Designer Crashes When Connections are lost or corrupted (fixed in SP06) because all client and server machines are at higher patch levels
