1921081 - Business Partner Data work center is not Available for SAP_INITUSER User

Customer is not able to create a Service Agent because the work center Business Partner Data is available for the SAP_INITUSER.

Note: Even after confirming the Milestone Activity Confirm Milestone: Design Accepted also the work center is not available.

You cannot change this activity because you do not have the required authorizations.
Create a new service agent and proceed with that user. Note that you must sign the contract for your SAP solution before you can start working on the activity list.

The cause and proposals for the issue are,

1. Some the work center assignment for the SAP_INITUSER has been skipped during tenant provisioning.

The assignment of the work center for the SAP_INITUSER needs to be performed manually in the backend.

The assignment can be performed by Managed Services or, the case can be forwarded to Business Configuration Expert Support.

2. Scoping is not yet completed by the User

The Scoping should be completed by the user before using he Fine Tuning activities. The access to Service Agent creation will be possible only after confirming the milestone ‘Scoping Completed’. Even after performing the scoping, if the issue exist then the cause could same as above case.
