1921305 - All or most F4 search help pop ups not work on WebUI anymore, a bsp error with pop up is displayed

After clicked input search help on Web Client UI, the pop up is wrongly shown up with a business server page (BSP) error. This problem mostly happen after system upgrade to CRM EHP2 or EHP3, whenever crm_thtmlb_util/F4Frameset.html and crm_thtmlb_util/f4_help2.do are used. And the bsp error popup is mostly with a small size and you can't see the detail information like below.

• SAP enhancement package 2 for SAP CRM 7.0
• SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP CRM 7.0
• SAP enhancement package 2 for SAP CRM 7.0, version for SAP HANA

Note:

There are many notes to resolve the pop up display and size issues. This KBA is not for the pop up size issue and IE-dependent popup issues(But for your interest, we also attach some typical notes for the pop up display and size issues in "See Also" part of this KBA.). This KBA is only valid for CRM7.0 Ehp2 and Ehp3 which release is lower than following.
