Symptom

  • While clicking the print button on the Crystal web form viewer, the print to pdf dialog box does not show up.
  • The 'PrintMode' property of the viewer is set to PDF.
  • The issue is observed in all browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer with a third party PDF program other than Adobe).
