1921500 - Error Message "Action not possible, Several termination records exist for work agreement"

When you try to change the Termination Date of an Employee to a past date who was already terminated, system throws below error message:

Action not possible, Several termination records exist for work agreement

1. Go to Personnel Administration work center.
2. Select Employees view.
3. Select All Employees in Show field.
4. Highlight the Employee and select Edit button.
5. Go to Employment tab and Work Agreement sub tab.
6. Select Change Termination button and provide a new date which is earlier than current termination date.

The cause for the issue is that you are trying change the Termination Date to a date which is earlier than current Termination date.

To resolve the issue and also to change the Termination Date, follow the below steps:

1. Go to Personnel Administration work center.
2. Select Regular Tasks view.
3. Select Terminate Relationship with employee link under Termination.
4. Here select the employee, give the new last working day.
5. Enter the Termination Category and select Save button.

This will change the last working day of the employee and it can be seen in from Personnel file of that Employee.
