Symptom
- DDIC objects (such as indexes, tables, domains, data elements) are stored in package $TMP, which means that no transport request could be created for them.
- Assign the package for those DDIC objects in T-Code SE03 to another one and get the error information "Assign the object to a package whose name begins with /BIC/".
- Create package /BIC/ in T-Code SE80, get error information "Namespace /BIC/ is reserved for generated objects".
