1921817 - CRM-IU: Unable to create enhancements in IS-U components using Application Enhancement Tool

• It is not possible to create custom fields in utilities-specific components using the Application Enhancement Tool (AET).  
• Enhancements created using the AET Tool cannot be utilized effectively.
