Symptom
After you installed the Peoplesoft (8.51 version) integration kit for XI3.1, applied patches (fixpack 6.2 version) as desired and imported the peoplesoft certificate.
- You are able to provide peoplesoft (PSFT or psft ) role credentials in the CMC, and are able to see all the roles from the configured Peoplesoft domain
- But you are NOT able to import the Peoplesoft roles
- When trying to import the Peoplesoft roles into Business Objects XI 3.1, you are getting the plugin errors as shown below in the CMC.

com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.infostore.internal.InfoStoreException: The error message is unknown. This is likely caused by version inconsistencies between components. Here is the value that caused the problem: 12013 and the additional information:
Failed to logon to the PeopleSoft Enterprise server. Please make sure your logon information is correct. secpsenterprise . cause:com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.idl.OCA.oca_abuse: IDL:img.seagatesoftware.com/OCA/oca_abuse:3.2 detail:The error message is unknown.
This is likely caused by version inconsistencies between components. Here is the value that caused the problem:

The server supplied the following details: Plugin error: - While you will be able to update the PSFT domain, and search for roles - role import fails consistently.
- Any issue due to PSFT logon credentials has been ruled out because you are already logged in to PSFT and can even search for roles.
