1922029 - How to Make a Supplier ID Field Non-Mandatory During Service Agent Migration

When you try to migrate a Service Agent in your system, you have some Service Agents don't belong to a company since they are independent contractors and hence Supplier ID is not required. But in the Migration Template for Service Agent, the Supplier ID column is mandatory. So, you would like to know how to migrate Service Agents without Supplier ID?

The Supplier ID field in the sheet Service Agent Data is mandatory only when you enter the Service Agent ID in the sheet Service Agent Data.

Again, if you have only few Service Agents in the system who should have a Supplier then enter only those Service Agents in the sheet Service Agent Data with their relevant Supplier ID.

If you don’t have a Supplier ID for any of the Service Agent then do not enter the Service Agent ID in the sheet Service Agent Data. For this type of Service Agent, you fill other sheets if required.
