1922030 - How to add Values to a Particular Field in General tab of Accounts?


You have a requirement to change/add a value in a field which is in General tab of Accounts. For Example: Nielsen ID.


In order to update/add a value in a field which is in General sheet of Accounts, then you can Mass Change Account Data functionality.

1. Go to Account Management work center.
2. Select Mass Change Account Data under Common Tasks.
3. Add the respective Accounts in the Worklist and move to next step.
4. Enter the new value for that field in the default row
5. Select Apply Mass Change button and choose the required option.
6. Then Finish the Mass Change.

Note: It is not possible to use Migration to enhance a field which is in General tab.
