1922051 - Capture of sales history for MRP area

• Historical demand in MRP area (e.g. 10011010, which indicates storage location 1010 in plant 1001 is an MRP area) is captured into the plant (e.g. 1001) instead of the MRP area.
• If the plant's location master does not exist in APO, there may be error "Location XXXX not available in APO master data" (Message No.  /SAPAPO/PDEM 101) in the application log.
  Here 'XXXX' is the plant's name (e.g. 1001). The last 4 characters specifying the storage location (e.g. 1010) are truncated and not processed.
