1922074 - Error Message "Service Call Failed; Report an case" While Migrating Bill of Operations

When you migrate Bill of Operations, system throws below error message:

"Service Call Failed; Report an case"

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Select Implementation Projects view.
3. Open the activity list and search for activity Migration of Bills of Operations.
4. Open with migration tool and Execute the file step by step. You receive the above error at Simulation step

The cause for could be that the migration template has been filled wrongly.

You might have entered Start and End (which are technically Markers) as Operations under the Operations Details sheet in the Operation ID Column.

The system considers that as Operation ID and proceeds further but it gets no further corresponding Activity ID under the sheet Activity Details for Start and End. Hence the system throws the error.

The system will generate the Start and End Mark by default, so you should leave these fields empty.
