1922145 - "CostingRelevncy" Indicator with Price Factor not Working for Standard Cost Estimate

Symptom

You set "Factor for Relevancy to Costing" in costing variant. (T-code OKKN -> Valuation Variant -> Misc. -> Price Factor)

You maintained this Costing Relevancy indicator in BOM item setting or routing operation setting.

This indicator doesn't work for standard cost estimate if it's set with price factor.
