1922194 - Cost Component Shows "Not Assigned" in Itemization view of material cost estimate

Symptom

When the user try to check costing result with T-code: CK11N or CK13N, in the itemization view, with layout 1SAP05 (Cost Components / Cost Elements(Grouped)), it is observed that there is a group of lines with "Not Assigned" text.
