1922432 - SAP Balanced Message Server connection from SUP fails with 'service unknown' error - SUP/SMP

Symptom

After configuring a SAP connection in Sybase Control Center (SCC) to connect to an ERP backend using a balanced SAP Message Server
the connection test failed with error "service - unknown"
