1922738 - Opening the same task in 2 windows in UWL

BPM module allows to open several windows with one task for one user. When an end user clicks on the task from UWL it opens a new window. If the end user click the task twice a second window of the same task will be open. This behaviour can be problematic in case some business logic is implemented before calling the event to complete task.

e.g. Inconsistency issues when modifying records in DB or BPM logic tries to execute a task which has been completed yet.
