1923613 - BI4.x : Error in Information Design Tool and DFAT with certain table containing Number data type error "Localization information not found : java.lang.NumberFormatException"

Symptom

  • Error in Information Design Tool and Data Federation Administration Tool with certain tables only
  • Tables containing Number data type will throw the error : 

    [Data Federator Driver] [Server] [Connector 'ConnectorName'] ConnectionServer has reported an Exception: Localization information not found : java.lang.NumberFormatException

     "Localization information not found : java.lang.NumberFormatException"
  • The same tables will work correctly in single source connection and will fail in multi-source
  • Issue does not occur when the BOBJ server is installed on a Windows environment
