Symptom

  1. Unable to create a WebI report on a UNX universe from BI 4.0 SP07 Rich Client.
  2. The Query Panel never loads once we select a UNX universe.
  3. No issues with UNV universe
  4. Issue reproducible only on the client machines with custom installation of client tools.
