Symptom

While your supply chain is loading/processing, it fails and in the application log are error messages similar to the following:

> Processing of loadSet with inboundGatewayQueueKey failed for inbound_gateway_queue_key = 12345
> processLoadSet Failure com.smartops.gateway.dataloader.GatewayDataLoaderException: processLoadSet Failure
> Caused by: com.smartops.exceptions.SmartOpsException: Task failed
at com.smartops.tasks.AbstractTask.run(AbstractTask.java:534)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:738)
> Caused by: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
